You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your sunglasses must meet the following criteria:
Unused and in Original Condition: The sunglasses must be unworn, undamaged, and free from any signs of use, scratches, or blemishes.
Original Packaging: They must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including the sunglasses case, cleaning cloth, authenticity cards, and any other accessories that came with them.
Tags and Labels Intact: Any original tags, stickers, or labels must still be attached to the product.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or packing slip.
Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions. Items returned in a used, damaged, or unsaleable condition may be subject to a partial refund or no refund at all.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Just to come into our practice with the purchased product and we will issue a refund on the spot.

Our free Click & Collect service allows you to pick up your order directly from our physical store, often on the very same day (this only applies to non-prescription sunglasses, if you require sunglasses with prescription lenses please allow up to 2 weeks for them to be glazed, although it is often quicker).
