1. Our Returns Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your sunglasses must meet the following criteria:

• Unused and in Original Condition: The sunglasses must be unworn, undamaged, and free from any signs of use, scratches, or blemishes.

• Original Packaging: They must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including the sunglasses case, cleaning cloth, authenticity cards, and any other accessories that came with them.

• Tags and Labels Intact: Any original tags, stickers, or labels must still be attached to the product.

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or packing slip.

Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions. Items returned in a used, damaged, or unsaleable condition may be subject to a partial refund or no refund at all.

Just to come into our practice with the purchased product and we will issue a refund on the spot.

Our free Click & Collect service allows you to pick up your order directly from our physical store, often on the very same day (this only applies to non-prescription sunglasses, if you require sunglasses with prescription lenses please allow up to 2 weeks for them to be glazed, although it is often quicker).

• Important Notes: Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM Monday-Friday for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.

• Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
